jp9 Malaysia Platform

In this jp9 Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jp9" or "Platform" refers to the jp9.onl website, the official jp9 mobile app, and all services offered under the jp9 brand.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account with jp9 and uses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by the user on the jp9 platform using valid and unique identity information.
• "Account Funds" refers to the actual cash amount deposited by the user and held in their jp9 account.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, free spins, cashback, or any added value granted by jp9 to users in accordance with the applicable promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required before a user can make their first withdrawal or when requested by jp9.
• "Business Days" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays.

Any word in the singular form also encompasses the plural and vice versa, depending on the context. Section headings in this document are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of their content.

Use of the jp9 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. jp9 reserves the right to verify any user's eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet these criteria.

Eligibility criteria that every applicant must meet:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Registering voluntarily and not under coercion or deception by any party.
• Must not be on the self-exclusion list of any gambling platform in Malaysia.
• Must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a jp9 employee.
• Possessing a valid and verifiable identity document (MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Register one (1) account only; holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

During registration, users are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Any false, incomplete, or misleading information provided at registration may result in account termination without notice and forfeiture of all funds in that account. Users are responsible for keeping their account information current, especially contact details and banking information.

Each user is fully responsible for the security of their login credentials. jp9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, please report it to our support team immediately.

• A jp9 account is for the exclusive use of the registered account holder only. Sharing your account or allowing others to access it is strictly prohibited.
• Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within their account, including any transactions carried out by third parties who gain access due to security vulnerabilities on the user's end.
• Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to jp9 within 24 hours of the incident.
• Jp9 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings.
• Jp9 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.

Jp9 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all communications between users' browsers and our servers. However, users are also responsible for ensuring that any device used to access jp9 is free from malware, keyloggers, or other security threats.

Jp9 accepts deposits via a variety of local Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, MAE, FPX, and online bank transfers. All deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account within minutes.

• Minimum Deposit Limit: RM 10 per deposit transaction.
• Daily Deposit Limit: Varies based on the user's VIP level; the default limit for new accounts is RM 5,000 per day.
• Deposits may only be made using a bank account or eWallet registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Jp9 does not impose any processing fees on deposits; however, your financial institution or eWallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Any deposit made through an unapproved method or using illegally obtained funds will be forfeited and the associated account will be terminated.
• Jp9 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds for deposits exceeding a certain threshold, as part of our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance procedures.

Jp9 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests in the shortest possible time. Withdrawals to Malaysian eWallets are processed within 15 minutes, while bank transfers are processed within 1 to 3 hours depending on the receiving bank and the time the transaction is submitted.

Requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• KYC verification must be completed for your first withdrawal — this process only needs to be done once.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction.
• The recipient account must be registered under the same name as the user's jp9 account.
• If there is an active bonus with unfulfilled wagering requirements, withdrawals may be limited to the real funds balance (excluding bonus funds) only.
• Jp9 does not charge any withdrawal fees; any bank or eWallet charges, if applicable, are borne by the user.
• The first withdrawal to a new payment method may require an additional review period of up to one (1) business day for security purposes.

Jp9 reserves the right to suspend or reject any suspicious withdrawal request while an internal investigation is conducted. Users will be notified by email if their withdrawal request is suspended, and the reasons will be clearly stated.

Jp9 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, free bingo tickets, and exclusive VIP programme offers. Each promotion has its own terms, which will be stated on the relevant promotions page.

General terms applicable to all jp9 bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible users in accordance with each promotion's terms — one claim per user per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) for each bonus will be clearly stated on the promotions page. Wagering rates typically range from 5x to 30x depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash and are non-transferable between accounts.
• Jp9 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, bonus hunting, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• If a user requests a withdrawal before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any bonus winnings will be automatically voided, but the user's real funds will still be processed.
• The expiry period for each bonus will be stated in the respective promotion; any unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within that period will expire automatically.

All games available on the jp9 platform — including bingo, video slots, Live Casino, and Sports Betting — are subject to their respective game rules, which can be found in each game's help section. The following general rules apply to all game types:

• All game outcomes are determined by an independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system. These results are final and cannot be contested.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, jp9 will attempt to restore the session to its last system-verified state. If restoration is not possible, any affected bets will be refunded to the user.
• Live Casino game outcomes involving a physical dealer are final once the round is closed. Any disputes must be raised within 24 hours.
• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time the user places a bet are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, unless otherwise stated in the relevant betting rules.
• Jp9 reserves the right to void bets or games affected by technical errors, odds display errors, or exceptional circumstances that compromise the integrity of play.

Users are advised to play using a stable internet connection. jp9 is not responsible for losses caused by connection disruptions on the user's end during an active gaming session.

Jp9 maintains a safe, fair, and respectful gaming environment for all. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without any refund:

• Money Laundering: Using the jp9 platform to transfer, conceal, or process illegally obtained funds.
• Fraud & Manipulation: Attempting to influence game outcomes through technical means, bug exploitation, or any form of cheating.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one account to obtain bonuses or advantages not otherwise entitled to.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts, sharing verification credentials, or colluding with other users to claim bonuses fraudulently.
• Harassment & Threats: Threatening, harassing, or causing harm to any other user or jp9 staff through any communication channel.
• Unauthorized Software Usage: Using bots, automated scripts, game-assistance software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage.

Jp9 believes online entertainment should be enjoyed responsibly. Our platform provides a range of self-control tools that users can access at any time through their account settings:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits: Set the maximum amount you wish to deposit within a given period.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limit: Set a daily game session time limit to ensure you don't play for too long.
• Self-Exclusion: Block access to your account for 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders during your game session to help you stay aware of how much time has passed.

Users may close their jp9 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. All real fund balances in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned upon completion of the account closure process within 3 to 5 business days.

Jp9 also reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account under the following circumstances:

• The user has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Information provided during registration or KYC is found to be false or misleading.
• The user has undergone a self-exclusion program and attempts to re-register under the same or a different identity.
• Instructions from a regulatory body or legal authority requiring jp9 to do so.

In cases of termination due to a breach of terms, jp9 reserves the right to withhold refunds and forfeit all balances in the associated account. Users will be notified by email, except where such notification may interfere with an ongoing investigation.

The jp9 platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While jp9 works hard to ensure continuous, high-quality service, there are certain liability limitations that all users should be aware of:

• Jp9 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, system maintenance, or technical failures beyond our control, including third-party interference, natural disasters, or regulatory orders.
• Jp9 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors or interruptions. We are committed to resolving any technical issues as quickly as possible.
• Jp9 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or unforeseen damages incurred by users as a result of using the platform.
• Jp9's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the amount of real funds held in that user's account at the time of the incident.

These liability limits do not restrict any rights afforded to users under applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws.

Jp9 encourages the swift and amicable resolution of all disputes. If you have a complaint or are dissatisfied with any decision made by jp9, please follow the procedure below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the jp9 customer support team via live chat or our official email. Please include your account number, the date of the incident, and full details of your complaint.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: Our team will review your complaint and respond within 3 business days. For more complex cases, the review period may be extended to up to 7 business days.
• Step 3 — Appeal: If you are unsatisfied with the initial decision, you may escalate your appeal to a higher management level. The outcome of the appeal stage is final within jp9's internal process.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts.

Jp9 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes may arise due to operational needs, new legal compliance requirements, or platform improvements.

• Users will be notified of material changes via their registered email at least 7 days before changes take effect.
• A notice of changes will also be displayed on the jp9 platform homepage for a minimum of 7 days.
• Continued use of the jp9 platform after the effective date of any terms change constitutes the user's acceptance of and agreement to the updated terms.
• If you disagree with the updated terms, you have the right to close your account before the effective date and withdraw all your real funds.

We encourage all users to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms governing the use of the jp9 platform. The most recent update date is always displayed at the top of this document.
